Tips for a Successful Submission to Reddit-directory
Write a unique description
Do not copy-paste the same description to every directory. Write a tailored description for Reddit-directory that highlights why your site belongs in the "Internet" category. Unique descriptions improve approval rates and avoid duplicate content issues.
Use a professional email
Submit with a domain-based email ([email protected]) rather than a free email provider. Directories are more likely to approve submissions from professional email addresses.
Choose the right category
Reddit-directory categorizes listings under "Internet". Select the most specific, relevant category for your website. Miscategorized submissions are frequently rejected.
Expect a longer review
With a DR of 60, Reddit-directory is a high-authority directory that likely has a manual review process. Be patient - higher-quality directories take longer and should be evaluated by relevance, review standards, public usefulness, and proof, not just link type.
Verify the live link before counting it
Reddit-directory is currently classified as a dofollow candidate, but link attributes can change after approval. Use branded or naked URL anchors, avoid exact-match commercial anchor text, and verify the final URL, target href, rel attribute, canonical/noindex state, screenshot, approval date, and recheck date.
Follow up if needed
If your submission to Reddit-directory has not been approved after 2-3 weeks, consider reaching out to the directory owner politely to check on the status. A brief, professional follow-up can speed up the process.
