Refund Policy

Overview

Backlynk is a digital service that submits your website to directories on your behalf. Once submissions are made, the work cannot be undone — your website information has already been sent to third-party directories. Our refund policy reflects the nature of this service.

Card & PayPal Payments

For payments made via credit card or PayPal through our payment partner, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Fewer than 10 directory submissions have been completed on your account
  • Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service

If both conditions above are met, you are entitled to a full refund. Once 10 or more submissions have been completed, or 7 days have passed since purchase, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for cryptocurrency transactions due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transfers. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

We encourage cryptocurrency users to review our features and pricing pages carefully before making a purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund (card/PayPal payments only), send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund request

Eligible refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • All cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, and all other coins)
  • Card/PayPal payments where 10+ submissions have been completed
  • Card/PayPal payments after the 7-day window has passed
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with individual directory acceptance rates
  • Changes in your business needs or strategy after purchase

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at [email protected] to resolve any issues before escalating to your payment provider.

Payment Processing

Card and PayPal payments are processed through our authorized payment partner, who handles tax collection and compliance. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through a separate crypto payment gateway. Charges on your statement may appear under our payment partner's name rather than "Backlynk."
