DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Infringement Notice

Backlynk respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that content submitted through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on our service.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." We will respond to valid notices within 48 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction. Counter-notifications should be sent to the same email address above.

5. Repeat Infringers

Backlynk will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
